1) Select the checkbox on the left side of the individual user or multiple users you'd like to send a message to.
2) Click the “Actions” button located under the “User Management” title.
3) Click the blue "Send a Message" button which is located to the top right side of the Actions console.
4) Select the email template you would like to send.
5) This will take you to a preview console where you have two options:
- Send the message to all selected users by clicking "Send to All".
- Select a different template for the selected users by clicking "Select Different Template" button.
