Send an email to users

To begin, make sure you are in the User Management interface by selecting the “Users” tab located to the right of the Regpack logo:

1) Select the checkbox on the left side of the individual user or multiple users you'd like to send a message to.

2) Click the “Actions” button located under the “User Management” title.

3) Click the blue "Send a Message" button which is located to the top right side of the Actions console.​

4) Select the email template you would like to send.

his will take you to a preview console where you have two options:
  • Send the message to all selected users by clicking "Send to All".
  • Select a different template for the selected users by clicking "Select Different Template" button.
