Form Triggers

The trigger feature will allow your system to present and/or add products to your user's cart, present forms that should be completed, and send emails according to selections made by your users. Once a trigger is set the actions happen automatically and instantly customize the registration process.

Form triggers will be populated with the forms that are created in your system. This does not include system forms.





The triggers are set according to the status of the forms. Each form has a drop down menu with different settings.

  • Added - Any module with this setting will react when the specific form is added into a user's registration for any reason (whether it's manually added or automatically triggered).
  • Completed - Any module with this setting will react when the specific form is completed by a user or manually marked as completed by an admin.
  • Deleted - Any module with this setting will react when the specific form is deleted from a user's registration. This action can only be manually done by an admin.
  • Set to incomplete - Any module with this setting will react when the specific form is set to incomplete. This action can only be manually done by an admin.
  • Locked - Any module with this setting will react when the specific form is locked for any reason whether locked manually by an admin, by the lock when complete setting on the form or if locked by a user agreeing to an e-signature.
  • Submitted - Any module with this setting will react when the specific form is submitted by the user. The form can be complete, incomplete or locked to activate this trigger. A form is considered submitted anytime the next step located at the bottom of the form is clicked by your user.
