Restoring products for an applicant

Restoring an applicant’s entire cart or individual products in their cart will move the products back to the active cart.
To begin, make sure you are in User Management by selecting the “Users” tab located to the right of the Regpack logo:
Find your applicant and click on their cart.
You’ll see a listing of orders, To restore previously archived products click “View” underneath "Previous Orders."
You have options here. You can click "Restore" to the right of any products you wish to bring back to a user's cart and when finished click "Process Action."
Alternatively, you can click “restore to cart” to restore the entire order to the applicants active cart cart, confirm the restoration and you’ll be done!
